Tropic Spirit Catering Cairns was launched in November 2011 by Cairns talented chef and businessman, Craig Squire in partnership with ex Ochre head chef Nicole Tokoli, as a new division of his multi-award winning Ochre Restaurant and Catering. Housed in a modern fully equipment super cooled industrial kitchen Tropic Spirit has room for growth and aims to be the premier reef tour and event caterer in Cairns and Far North Queensland.

Currently catering daily to Sunlover Cruises and Big Cat Green Island Cruises.
