I attended Dennis’s 60th Birthday party on Sat. night where your catering firm provided food. The 2 chefs did a wonderful job. The food was well presented, came out regularly & tasted superb. The assortment of finger food was so different to anything I had seen before. Well done! I couldn’t recommend you highly enough. Despite being in Cairns for the last 20 years – I had never heard of you. It was good to pick up your business card as well.

Just a quick email to say that my wife and I attended the TTNQ networking function last night and we both agreed that the catering was the best we have seen in this city for a long time. We have been in the industry in Cairns 18 and 25 years respectively, much of this managing hotels and resorts, so we do have substantial experience both attending and catering for functions.

We used Tropic Spirit yesterday for catering for a training room hire out to financial planning software implementers.  It was absolutely terrific.  They ticked all the boxes.  Fresh, yummy, on time delivery, professional, helpful when we had a special request and great value.  The feedback from the trainer was excellent.  Naturally, we will be using them for any of our training room hire with catering now.

Many thanks to you and your staff for last Saturday night. All had a great time and everyone was very impressed with both the food and service.

I apologise for the lateness in letting you know how much we appreciated your help on the night of my brother’s “big” night.

Your ears should have been burning the next day as we were all praising the fabulous meal you prepared under what were difficult conditions to say the least. There were 57 steps to be taken into account for each trip down to the carport for a start.

Your presentation of the food was excellent and we can’t thank you enough for the major part you played in making Graham’s night such a success.

Just wanted to say what a great job you did at Graham’s 60th last Saturday night at Clifton beach… The food was amazing and we enjoyed left overs for the next two days!!  up and down those stairs and on your own you really did an amazing job….
